Resulting in a fairly substantial lawsuit, Japanese brand Takamine did produce some nice nods to the Martin brand in the mid 70's. This Orchestra 00 inspired build has a great sound and a nice price point.
Sonically speaking, this guitar has a nice balanced tone with good volume. A great flat or finger picker, this guitar is a convenient size for just about any style. A super comfortable C neck profile with less broad of shoulders, it has a nice feel and plays great.
A nice tall saddle and bridge, the playability is nice measuring 6/64" in height at the twelfth fret with plenty of room at the saddle.. The neck is nice and straight, and the frets have some even wear, but plenty of life. It has a standard 25" scale length, and 1 11/16" nut width.
