Produced between 1982 and 1986, the Fender Concert was a line of combo amplifiers designed by Paul Rivera for Fender. Borrowing its name from the line of amps produced in the early 1960's, that is where the similarities end. The Rivera era Concert amps were a new design for the 1980’s. This amp has the distinction of being the last tube or handwired amp Fender would produce for a decade. Loud, clean, and articulate, this would make an excellent amplifier for the jazz guitarist, a great pedal platform, or good for anyone requiring tons of clean headroom.

This amplifier comes to us in good cosmetic condition, with a very clean faceplate. The tolex and grille cloth have some wear and there is some pitting on the metal hardware. This amp has just been serviced by our in-house amplifier technician. All electrolytic caps have been replaced, guaranteeing reliable service for years to come.

The original footswitch, with super neat LED’s is included in the sale. The cabinet is loaded with a single 12” fender speaker.
