A fine instrument from the master luthier, Dana Bourgeois, from 2003, with a warm tone perfect for fingerstyle, but is also loud and balanced tone, great for flat pickers alike. This guitar comes to us in excellent condition, apart from honest play wear, and an area of finish chipping near the bottom of back side edge. Tortoise bound dreadnaught body with Sitka Spruce top, and flamed mahogany back and sides. The mahogany neck has a thick ebony fingerboard, 25.5" scale, 1-3/4" wide nut, with fret wear mainly present on the treble strings; rosewood peghead overlay w/ maker's name in pearl, equipped with Waverly tuners. A fantastic player!
