Built in El Cajon California, the Taylor Baby series was quite the popular model in the early 2000's. A comfortable small body acoustic, perfect for travel, they offer up a lot of sound without a huge price tag. A simple solid spruce top, with a highly figured laminate arched bubinga back - these are small but powerful instruments. The neck bolts onto the body through the fingerboard at the 16th fret, making any maintenance a breeze. This example has a clean neck and fingerboard with easy low action and a tall saddle. Cosmetically it is very clean less a small chip in its back lamination and some simple surface wear on its soundboard. Includes original soft shell case.
