Sonorous and sturdy, standard Chanterelle model from Mike Ramsey (1949-2021) when his shop was located in Appomattox, VA around 2001. In fine original condition, no breaks or repairs, with only some cosmetic wear present. The 12" diameter maple rim measures thin at 1/4", and is equipped with a substantial rolled brass tonering, premium John Balch skin head, Vega style hardwear. The figured maple neck has a 25-3/4" scale length, rosewood heel cap and scooped fingerboard, abalone markers, with pearl star on the peghead overlay, v neck shape, w/ 1-11/32" nut width.
