Spectacular custom build from Pisgah Banjos, Asheville NC. We first met the founder Patrick years ago at one of the Banjo Collector's Gatherings, so we know he did his research. Pisgah Banjo Co. uses 100% solar power, and Native Appalachian hardwoods.
This model features a 12" Cherry rim with brass Tubaphone tonering. All aged brass hardware is made by sister-company Balsam Banjo Works, including Hawktail tailpiece, and Schall style shoes & custom Mulheron bridge. The maple neck matches the rim wonderfully, and features a nice and modern Richlite fingerboard with an S-Style frailing scoop- helpful for any gigging player. 25.5" scale length, an elegant slotted peg head & Gotoh open geared tuners.
