From renowned amp builder John Nau, we are pleased to have the Nau RTA Reverb and Tremolo Amp. One of only 5 units produced, this amp is truly a uninque take on the venerable Fender outboard tube reverb unit. Differing from the typical single ended output design of the 6G15, this unit is as if someone plucked the spring reverb and tremolo section right out of a 60’s blackface Fender amp. Straight out of a spy movie, this is an inspiring unit that looks and sounds great - enclosed in its blonde and surf green, faux-reptile-skin tolex.
The reverb section sounds appropriately drippy and splashy - allowing the user to..venture...into a world of surfy goodness. Featuring controls for Mix, Tone, and Dwell, you have a deluxe set of controls over your sound. In addition to the spring reverb is a vactrol tremolo. With the typical rate and depth controls, vintage enthusiasts will appreciate its warm, throbby and choppy sound.
Pseudo-stereo operation is possible via a pair of parallel outputs, allowing for further versatility and many possibilities for splitting your signal and blending different amps in a stereo setup.
This is a great addition for any player or studio, and makes an excellent companion for any amp that lacks reverb and tremolo.
A vintage Fender dual footswitch - repurposed for use with this unit - is included in the sale.
