Every guitarist wants a decent 12 string guitar - its just par for the course. Often, a 12 string guitar can become a cumbersome task to perform on, I mean "hey it's twice as many strings". The Fender Villager, is a well made, budget friendly 12 string that will satiate the appetite for many.
This example comes to us used and in good shape. A classic black finish over a solid spruce top and laminate mahogany back & sides. A healthy tone acoustically, with nice bright top end and excellent mid range character - this guitar is stage ready, being outfitted with a nice Fishman pickup, complete with 2 band EQ and onboard tuner.
A mahogany neck with a walnut winferboard, it is satin finished, yielding a quick and easy to play feel. The action is nice and easy, and equipped with these Kluson style tuners, it tunes right up. 24.75" scale length scale 1.75" nut width. 
A tall saddle, this guitar plays well with easy action measuring about 6/64" in height at the twelfth fret. There is a slight separation at the heel, but currently all non-problematic.
