This is a very clean early Deering John Hartford model from that features a Maple Blossom neck on a John Hartford style rim and resonator with brown satin finish. Grenadillo wood tone ring, bound ebony fretboard with Maple Blossom inlay pattern; resonator walls tapered for better projection. This example has been played daily and cared for by the original owner for many years and includes the original hard case in the sale. The head shows a lot of playing where but we decided to keep it original since it was signed by John Hartford himself!
