This is an interesting, teardrop shaped mandolin with two, off set body points. It has a spruce top and mahogany back/ sides. The neck is loose from the body and it would need considerable work to make it playable. The top is bound in four layers of white black. The pickguard is intact as are the tuners and tailpiece; the back of the peg head is lightly carved. This is a worthy project for budding Luthier.
