Original Hardshell case from a Bacon & Day Tenor banjo (originally paired with a B+D Sultana). Stamped from the Excelsior case company from Stamford Connecticut on its latches. Presto spring latch works intermittently. There is rust present on exterior metal. Handle is in good shape. Emerald Green plush interior is in fairly good shape but outside tolex is very tattered. 14" total diameter, 4.5" depth, 39" total length, 22" from the tip of headstock to bottom of heel.
Great for any collector in need of a matching case.
