Fine new instrument from Zachary Hoyt, fellow NYS resident and talented string instrument maker since 2004. Featuring a 12" diameter rim assembly utilizing numerous cherry blocks, the rim has no metal tonering, and is equipped with raw brass hardware, including a Van Eps style tension hoop, and reproduction No Knot tailpiece. Matching one-piece Cherry neck with 25.5" scale Jatoba fretboard, with 1-3/8" wide nut, and burled cherry peghead overlay; equipped with Gotoh geared tuners.
