RARE original 4 string model; this is one of the preferred banjos for recording wax cylinders. It features a 12 inch maple rim with curved dowel stick but is missing the amplifying dish; the maple neck has a 28-1/2 inch scale with fancy pearl inlay in the peghead. No aluminum extension on the fingerboard; rim and neck are very plain with little ornamentation. Original Kerschner 4 string tailpiece. Good player…wishing it was a 5 string….
