This is a Stewart Special Thoroughbred model featuring a spun-over 11" rim assembly. All metal hardware on rim appears original equipped with original Common Sense tail piece with carved rosette; dowel stick bears Stewart stamps and serial number (matches rim); Stewart plaque present on side of dowel, Special Thoroughbred plaque on interior of rim. There is some relief present in the 27" scale cherry neck; ebony fretboard w/ diamond inlay pattern, daisy relief carving on heel, some pitting and oxidization on the rim, and a few dings on back of neck and headstock. Equipped with original Champion friction pegs. Comes with period appropriate leather Reliance case.
