If you like pearloid, this is your tenor banjo. Decked out with a purple/brown pearloid resonator, pearloid pot and pearloid fingerboard, this Regal 4 string is something to behold. The pearloid fingerboard features a 19 fret 23" scale, atop a three piece maple neck, with friction tuners; notable separation/fretboard lift from neck on driver's side in higher position/treble side in lower, causing wavy forward relief. The 11" diameter pot has a grooved tension hoop, and embossed/individual pot metal flanges (some stress cracks beginning to occur, but without a doubt are considerably better than most examples). Equipped with Grover Presto Ideal tailpiece. A good first or second position player, but a high bridge is needed to account for relief in neck.
