Many of our customers may remember Robbie Mortillaro, who manned our repair shop for over a decade. Robbie has a unique boutique approach to things, being studied in guitars from the past, yet clever forward thinking in design concepts.

The single cut body shape evokes a Les Paul style, slightly smaller, with an 11" lower bout. Chambered, it is nice and light weighing in at only 5.8 lbs. This head turning guitar features a cool Chameleon finish - where it looks green at some angles, and purple at others - all the while showcasing the Maryland Pine back & Maple top. Finer details include its burled Maryland walnut back strat, inlays, and control cavity cover - all of the wood harvested, cut and dried by Robbie himself!

It is fitted with a pair of custom mini Alnico 5 humbuckers wound by Mortillaro himself, with coil tapping options available at the volume control. Inspiring tones, it can go from thin and quacky to thick and wooly, covering a broad range for a versatile player. Nice Wilkinson all in one tailpiece/bridge and Gotoh tuners - it is setup great ready for stage.

The neck is truly vintage inspired, with a big profile measuring .94" in depth at the first position tapering to about 1" at the 12th fret. The neck is made with a curly maple profile and curly oak fingerboard adorning the walnut triangle inlay. It has a 25" scale length, 1 23/32" nut width, and a 12" radius. The action is low measuring a comfortable 5-4/64" in height at the twelfth fret.
