Imported in the 1970's, the Lyle line of instruments was a budget line that has stood the test of time. A great offering for a beginner, this example sounds nice with its thin aluminum rim with 30 hooks. Frosted bottom head, it has a loud and punchy tone - good for folk, country or some old time. The neck has a 27.5" scale length, the profile made of mahogany with a bound rosewood fingerboard with some 70s MOP block inlay. Original geared guitar tuners work as they should. Easy to play, surprising sounding, and budget friendly! Includes basic bag.
