Large sized example from the Chicago maker, featuring a 12-1/4" spun over rim (wooden interior walls), and a large 28" scale neck. The rim's edge forms a simple rolled tonering, with original hardware but for 8x hooks and nuts; dowel stick angle was reset and end pin area (other hole present); tarnish, dings, and other cosmetic wear present on metal parts. Featuring decorative silver inlay, the ebony fretboard has a 1-3/8" nut width with later nut and pip, and metal heel cap; dowel stick appears to be of walnut. Some light forward relief present, allowing for this nylon strung frailer to really sing.
