We're positively chuffed about this high grade piccolo banjo, from British maker J.G. Winder, the self-proclaimed inventor of the piccolo banjo, in its lovely leather original bottom loading case. The rim assembly features decorative hand engravings on the exterior of the rim, tension toop, with a delicate carved tailpiece, serial and maker stamps on the dowel stick and rim interior. The one piece neck has a long heel, with metal cap, unusual peghead shape with a nice set of carved friction pegs equipped. Tuned an octave above a regular banjo, this example truly pops and plays nicely with hardly any relief on the neck.
