An exquisite presentation grade offering from the Chicago maker, in rare six string (five on peghead) configuration, for use in period compositions (can be setup standard). The 12" nickel-silver pot is double-spun, has fine engravings on the exterior/tension hoop, with original pointed shoes; unusually, original Schall adjustment hardware present, with maker plate beneath; six integrated pins serve as a tailpiece on tension hoop base. The three piece mahogany neck has a 28.5" scale length pearwood fingerboard w/ scrumptious tree-of-life inlaid in pearl/abalone with six original Champion friction pegs present. Light forward relief present, light fretwear, and some minor cosmetic wear and tear.
