A lovely guitar from Staunton, VA builders Huss & Dalton. This 24.9" scale 12 fret 00 sports a warm orange shaded Engelmann spruce top with Indian rosewood sides and back. X braced for light gauge strings and an Indian rosewood binding as well as a 6 line maple/black/white top purfling. The rosette is herringbone with black rings to match the herringbone zipper on the back.
The neck is constructed of mahogany and an ebony fingerboard with diamond inlay. The vintage style straight bridge is made of ebony with ebony bridge pins inlayed with pearl. Iveroid nickel Waverly tuners and pearl Huss & Dalton logo. 1 3/4" nut width makes this the ideal fingerstyle guitar.
Cosmetically, this guitar is in fantastic shape showing only very signs of previous use. Mild pick wear is present north of the sound hole, a clear pickguard is currently installed on the top. The neck is nice and straight with a solid neck angle and a nice tall saddle - the action measuring a low 4/64" in height at the twelfth fret, buzz free.
Includes original hardshell case.
