The Gibson Les Paul is maybe the most iconic electric guitar of all time, with every name player having used one at one point or another. While often the price point has detoured players, the Standard line finds itself in a much more affordable place than others, with just about every option one would want. AAA flamed maple top, seen here in a very nice cherry sunburst. Cosmetically, this a clean example showing very little play wear - simply some light surface level scratches, mainly a small finish mar on the peg head overlay, and some light pitting in the nickel pickup covers. Outfitted with factory Burstbucker Pro AlNiCo V pickups - it has a classic PAF sound suitable for any genre. A standard 24.75" scale neck and 1 11/16" nut width, it has a comfortable neck. The profile has the standard C profile with a bit of hefty shoulder, measuring .88" in depth at the first position tapering to about 1" at the twelfth. The frets are clean, the neck is straight, and this guitar feels just like it would off the rack - the action low measuring a mere 3/64" in height at the twelfth fret.
