Perfect guitar for a Gentleman and a Country boy. Spruce top with chambered mahogany body; features a marquetry rosette . Rosewood fingerboard with 25-1/4" scale, bridge and peghead overlay. Piezo bridge pickup with a battery-powered preamp with tone and volume controls behind original plastic cover. This "CEC" example features the wider 2" classical nut.
This example is in very good condition with a nice straight neck yielding easy playability measuring 5/64" in height at the twelfth fret of the sixth string, and 4/64" on the first. "Chet Atkins" signature worn down inside soundhole mute (see photos). Very minor buckle rash present on backside mostly near the edges. Finish on neck is in great shape. Frets have no major pitting and plenty of life left in them.
Comes with the original hardshell case with hang tags.
