Up for sale, a very clean example of one of Fender's most famous amps, the Twin Reverb dating to 1967. This 2x12" combo has tons of headroom, and is full to the brim of the fat clean shimmer of Fender tone we all know and love. Currently with outside tubes pulled for a bit more heat, it has a great tone that edges closer on break up. Excellent with guitar, pedal steel, and electric piano, this amp would be right at home on stage or in the studio.

This Twin Reverb comes to us in very good cosmetic condition. The cabinet and grill cloth are in great condition, beautifully aged and free of rips and tears. The faceplate is in great shape with some bending present on the corners. The original AB763 Tube chart is present and in good condition.

The circuit has seen some service, with new filter capacitors, and new bias and cathode bypass capacitors. One tone cap has been replaced, with a near complete set of blue molded caps present. 12 resistors have been replaced with new metal film types. The original set of Schumacher Transformers is present, with date codes 606613, 640, 618.

The cabinet is loaded with an original pair of Jensen P12's (220703), which are in great shape.

A non original cover by Victoria luggage co. is included in the sale.

No footswitch included.
