Direct from the Jazz Age, a well playing, player's grade 22 fret Silver Bell No. 1 plectrum in fantastic condition from a past restoration. The 11" rim assembly features a perforated Silver Bell tonering, with original Oettinger tailpiece, and has been equipped with a soft pedal mute for dynamics; metal parts have been replated, wooden rim is correct for style but is likely a reproduction (serial number has been stamped to match neck above shoe screws inside); golden oval Sherman & Clay retailer plaque present on dowel; dark stained maple resonator with later flange. The five piece maple neck has a long volute, 26" scale bound ebony fingerboard with pearl position markers, lightly pitted original frets, with later geared tuners. An easy player with a nice straight neck.
