Happy Mothers Day to all! We all came from a mother somewhere out there, and we hope that you're reading this on Monday morning after honoring wherever it is you yourself came from. My mom and I had just been discussing the ways in which we all communicate to one another. Doing retail, I am regularly talking to people of many different walks & means, and it really always impresses me how much music helps flow the springs of communication. We can consider ourselves lucky to have music in our lives - and we have to support our musician loved ones as much as they can - as they're simply trying their best to communicate an idea the best way they know how. That all being said - we're going on a few buying frenzies coming up! That said, everything is for sale! Now now, while that doesn't seem like news - as we operate a long standing store front - give us a call if there's something you're interested in. We gotta free up some funds to make purchasing some collections sting a little less. We're excited to getting in some fantastic instruments from our long time collector friends, and Alex, Sammy and I have been doing a great job getting instruments inspected through our shop to get some of the best instruments on the market into the eager hands.

A "Do Anything" kind of guitar, the Larrivee OMV-50 is a vintage inspired modern flat top that was a part of the brands traditional series. A comfortable slightly smaller waisted body, it sings as a finger style guitar - but with its larger sound hole it opens up beautifully with a pick. It's truly shocking this guitar hasn't found its new home yet. This weeks deals we have a nice spread of versatility, all in need of its next set of hands!

Staff pick and John's Corner

Staff pick — Slingerland Maybell Nite-Hawk Style No. 83

Gavin Rice's very own Slingerland is up for grabs - currently on the deals of the week for the low low cost of $349... A great swing guitar, suitable for traditional jazz (like Gavin prefers), or any country folk gig. This piece of yesteryear will inspire and not break the bank!
