I’ve been buying jewelry for my beautiful Julie Schnepf for the past 40 years. Every year it’s a different little thing but the past few years I’ve slowed down a bit. Well on Saturday I visited my favorite place for shopping, Crown Jewler, in Canandaigua, New York. I talked to my old friend Dave there and he showed me a box of old silver jewelry and art deco estate pieces that he had stashed away. We made a deal, shook hands and I took the whole thing home. Julie can spend the whole time while I’m away going through the collection and polishing the silver!
