This beautiful 1969 Martin D-28S has finally come out of repair. It is an outstanding guitar from the year I graduated college. The back sides are the most figured Brazilian rosewood and beautifully matched.

SALE OF A LIFETIME

June 3rd, 2024

Good mornings folks,

Every week I write this little blog, "John’s Corner", and try to offer some inspiration and insight into life. This week is something different. It might be a bit of crass commercialism, but we are having a giant sale and need to move some stringed instruments. As we approach the 20th year of having our store on East Avenue we have announced our biggest sale ever. We have always had a sale in the month of June to celebrate Jazz Festival and the opening of our store, but this is really on a grand scale. I have asked Sam Snyder, our manager, to put over 250 fine vintage guitars, banjos, and mandolins on sale and at prices that it are as low as we possibly can go on. No, we’re not going out of business. We just have run out of room and money to purchase all the instruments that are coming our way. Several large collections have been offered to us and we fully intend to purchase as many fine vintage instruments as we can but in order to do that we need to move at least 200 instruments this month. There are great bargains on all kinds of instruments and accessories at prices that are too good to pass up. Additionally, during Jazz Festival, we will be having a flea market sidewalk sale and clearing out all kinds of things that we have found in our storage area. So go to our website and scroll through the hundreds of instrument deals and find that one that tweaks your heart.

With peace,

John Bernunzio
