Bernunzio Uptown Music welcomes instruments for consignment sale. We have been dealing in fine vintage and used stringed instruments for the past 50 years. We have the expertise to properly price and market your valuable guitar, banjo or mandolin.

Consignments through Bernunzio Uptown Music are first at the assessed by a member of the sales staff. Only instruments valued more than, or equal to an initial value of $1500 are able to be consigned through Bernunzio Uptown Music. All instruments on consignment must be on premises, where our expert repair shop sets up and maintains each instrument that comes through our shop. Your consigned instrument will be professionally photographed and listed on our website as well as on several internationally recognized forums and selling sites.
Your instrument may also be featured on our "Deals of the Week" newsletter which has a weekly subscription of over 7,000 and a large Facebook audience. Where appropriate video and audio samples are hosted on our Youtube channel; additional media can be provided to prospective buyers by request.

There is no predetermined consignment period, and the consignor is free to claim their instrument at any time. If the consignor decides to pick up their instrument, they are subject to a $50 listing fee. Upon inspection, we will discuss with the consignor our variable commission based upon the final selling price.
