Built in Elkhardt IN, the Geminhardt brand would issue most student level instruments, including this example here. "Solid Silver" construction is stamped on the instrument, and it plays as it should. The key bed appears straight and its pads are in okay condition. A cleaning and tune up may be necessary in its future, but as it sits it works well as a basic instrument for any beginner.
