Selling originally for $158 in 1964, Vega's Folk Ranger model is a great solution for a first or second, or third, instrument, offering itself well to all "folk" style of music. The 11" 5-ply, darkly stained maple rim serves as the tonering, has a four piece flange, thin metal perforated "bracket band", and is equipped with a deep/bound maple resonator (remove for open back). Three piece maple neck w/ 27" scale length "ebonized" fingerboard; some play wear present on back of neck, with light pitting on fretboard; equipped with adjustable truss rod and unbranded off-set tab tuners; lots of play wear on likely original head on either side of bridge. Includes chipboard case.
