Extremely unusual presentation grade banjo of large proportions, bearing the stamp of banjo maker/innovator Victor Kraske, however entirely attributed to maker J.B. Schall. The 12.5" double-spun rim feature lovely angular shoes, has an engraved exterior; a couple replaced nuts. Richly grained mahogany neck with fantastically deeply carved heel, and relief carved reverse of peghead; 28.5" scale ebony fingerboard with engraved pearl inlay; flower pot on peghead. Equipped with original gold plated friction tuners.
