This is an interesting early 1900s reproduction of a 17th century baroque violin. At some point, likely following crack repairs, the instrument was gone over w/ a high gloss finish. Two repaired side cracks on either side of the saddle, numerous repaired side cracks. The back is one piece. Fingerboard would likely need to be leveled out, and the instrument needs a new bridge. Currently is has a loud/projecting mid range. Includes purple lined hard case. Violin is stored in its case.
