Early in Eastman history, there was Potomac. This small company, like Eastman, imported instruments to a facility in Clarksburg Maryland off the namesake river. While ultimately this project would not last, Potomac made a very impressionable statement across the globe, providing fantastic instruments at record low pricing.
Here we have one such instrument, the PVO-18 - which as one would expect is based off of the well regarded vintage OM-18 style guitar. A comfortable instrument for finger style and flat picking, this is a great guitar on a budget for nearly any player. A Solid Spruce top with laminate Mahogany back & sides, it is X braced and fully bound with a gloss finish. The neck, also bound, is designed with a 24.9" scale length and 1.75" nut width. Open gear tuners and a paddle headstock round out this nice tribute to the fine Martins of the past.
While used, this guitar is in fantastic shape from its original owner, with a straight neck, clean frets and untouched saddle - heck, theres hardly a mark on it. Slightly collectable, this is certain to be one of the player favorites here at the shop.
Includes a basic gig bag.
