Gorgeous, Pisgah Builder's Choice custom Tubaphone from the Summer of 2024...one of the nicest banjos we've seen from our friends in Asheville. The 12" diameter rim assembly is of walnut, and equipped with Pisgah's handmade Tubaphone tonering/double-point bracket shoes/raw brass hardware, Hawktail tailpiece, factory stamped John Balch goat skin head, and Mulhern bridge. The 25.5" scale s-scooped Richlite fingerboard matches the heel & rim caps, atop a three piece walnut neck, with slotted peghead, brass fretboard markers, scalloped 1-5/16" wide nut, and equipped with raw brass Gotoh geared tuners. In fantastic original condition, with little to no wear present.
