The HD-28 combines the style 28 appointments with with a lovely herringbone binding and back zipper. This guitar comes from the Martin custom shop via special collaboration with Sweetwater. Adirondack spruce top and Indian rosewood sides and back give this guitar its signature look and sound. The neck is made of genuine mahogany with a black ebony fingerboard and bridge. The neck is a diamond/square taper with a 1 11/16" nut width with comfortable low action. Inside the guitar, there is a factory installed L.R. Baggs iBeam active pickup. Scalloped X bracing and and an ebony bridge plate. Original hard shell case and the spec. spreadsheet from the Martin custom shop are included. Great deal for a custom shop Martin!
