This Kamaka H-3 tenor ukulele features beautiful Hawaiian Koa top, back and sides. The neck is constructed of mahogany with rosewood fingerboard and Schaller tuners with snakewood buttons.
The Hawaii based builders at Kamaka are credited for building some of the finest ukuleles the world has ever seen since their debut in 1916. Here over 100 years later, we still are seeing their high quality craftsmanship and able to enjoy these famed instruments for their amazing tone.
The HF-3 model is a flagship for the brand, and is built out of native Hawaiian Koa wood. The excellent construction makes for a sweet, loud and balanced ukulele that really sounds like a nice and opened up instrument from yesteryear. This example comes to us in great shape from its original owner, who used it sparingly the last few years. Easy to play low action, a straight neck and virtually no signs of wear, this is a fantastic example. Comes with the original hardshell case.
