High quality German construction with wonderful ease of playing w/ direct and sweet tone, this is a Framus five string resonator banjo from the late 1960s-early 70s. The 11" rim assembly features aluminum metal parts with decorative stampings, heavy duty tailpiece; original Framus head. Mahogany neck w zero fret, 27" scale rosewood fingerboard, 1-3/16" wide at nut. Some dings and scuffs present, mild fret wear.
