Not often seen plectrum version of a mid 1920s Vega Soloist model, featuring a mahogany neck, and Tubaphone tonering. Originally being comprised of gold and nickel plated metal parts, all of the hardware has been refinished in uniform gold; standard sized rim assembly, individual flanges, four string Oettinger tailpiece; replaced dowel stick; equipped with pie plate resonator, with large section of side held together with black electrical tape, missing binding on side of resonator. The three piece mahogany neck and an ebony fingerboard with standard engraved pearlwork, well repaired heel crack behind ornamental carving, with fancy pearl inlay on peghead face; equipped with gold plated planetary style tuners. Some forward relief, but a solid player's instrument, with only some mild fret wear, binding separation inside with wear on rim cap.
