New to the Eastman line is the MDA315. This mandola shares many of the same features as the md315, just a bit bigger. Spruce top with maple back and sides with an ebony fingerboard and bridge. The matte nitrocellulose finish gives the instrument a beautiful antique look and does nothing to hinder its incredible acoustic quality. Amazingly warm tone. Comes with a gig bag. The mandola is traditionally tuned CGDA like a viola or tenor banjo. This instrument would be suitable for Irish playing or in a mandolin orchestra.
