A beautiful, solid, well-playing tenor that was custom ordered from OME in the early 1990s, this banjo features a beautiful curly maple resonator and neck, a rosewood fingerboard and peghead overlay with some wonderful inlay work, a solid, heavy Bacon & Day "Silver Bell" style tone ring, and a two-piece plate flange with ornate cutouts. The 19-fret neck is perfectly suited to Irish style playing (currently set up in GDAE), and the action is low and easy. Even with minimal effort, the resonator and hardware work together to project a mighty sound. Five-Star tuners and an Oettinger tailpiece complete this awesome banjo!
