First Friday Rochester: Uptown Music presents an evening of music with Paxtor - $5 suggested contribution

Somewhere between the coffee shop and the skate park, PAXTOR is a melodic trip through the wild side of Rochester’s growing Anti-Folk scene.  A seven piece Zen-Punk experience, PAXTOR is the brainchild of lead singer Payton Marovich.  Founded with punk rock and noise rock roots, the band takes Marovich’s plucky songwriting style and infuses them with a feel of delta blues, driving rock, and classical jazz with the addition of keys, electric guitar, bass, drums, flute and tuba.   PAXTOR brings something to table for everyone to take away a positive listening experience.
