Antony "Wandre" Pioli, was an Italian artist, mason, Renissance man, and in many ways the Italian counterpart to Paul Bigsby due to his shared passion for electric guitar inovation through art & design, and motorcycles. Wandre guitars are extremely rare, are known for their unusual, flowing/surreal shapes and colors, and were made in full production for roughly a 10 year period. By this point, Wandre had moved production to Cavriago, and linked up with Athos Davoli (electronics) to create the hallmark fiberglass over plywood designs with aluminum necks that he became most known for.

This "Vibrato" model, see pointed vibrato with W emblem affixed, has a rather "normal" double cut body (not commonly seen), with a sparkly and shimmery orange, to red, to gold, to blue, to black, finish on the fiber glass body. The white plastic pickguard assembly also houses the large Davoli branded pickups, and very adjustable tailpiece/bridge. Oval shaped control plate with two white circular plastic volume knobs, and two on/off switches. Condition wise, the instrument is in fantastic shape, but there is some finish checking on the body, a few dings, and some light tarnishing on metal parts near bridge.

The 25" scale neck consists is of aluminum, with a white plastic "neck" on the back, rosewood board w/ zero fret, rosewood peghead overlay, slotted peghead with original geared tuners. Some checking down middle of fingerboard. Includes gig bag for shipping.
