This case comes to us in very nice condition. The exterior has some wear throughout, and there is a little seperation on the bottom at the headstock area. All the latches and hinges work as they should. The interior is very nice with lots of padding left and minimal wear to the felt. There is a case pocket and a small support for the heel.
