From the makers, Instagram account comes this description:
I had built this cello banjo for myself. However someone else decided they wanted it. This gave me an opportunity to try something I’ve been thinking about for a while. I’ve been wanting to use my passion to build banjos as a way to raise money for charity… specifically, for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. So I traded this banjo for a donation to St Jude Hospital. I hope to do more of this kind of fundraising in the future."
