Everyone needs a project, but we have plenty to do here. This instrument could use some love, and has some separations in the ribs on the back, one of which has a small chip taken out. The skirt appears in good condition, as does the top, but the top does have a crack present in under the pickguard. The guard has a nice simple flower design that someone might find nice. The neck set does not appear to be very playable, but maybe someone wants to take a stab at a complicated repair. The tuners appear to work function, but the plate is not seated well at the back of the peg head, and it is also missing one bushing. No case.
