Top-tension banjo mandolin, made in Paris, stamped "Silga" on side of neck; beautiful scroll peghead shape with pearl plaque. Rim assembly measures 7.5" across, and sits inside a walnut resonator. The mahogany neck has a 14" scale length ebony fingerboard; past refret, half frets brass, and zero-fret; back of fingerboard worn, along with finish checking and scratching. Includes original odd shaped chipboard case.
