We're thrilled to offer a new Ode Magician 12" five string banjo for sale, made in the original Ode workshop with Chuck Ogsbury's guidance by Zen Ogsbury & Zoe Hatch. A lightweight, simple, old time machine, this banjo is no frills and all frails. The thin rim assembly features a tortoise bound 12" Tone-Rim, with heavy brass tension hoop, and 24 brackets; equipped with No Knot tailpiece, and exotic wood armrest. The 25.5" scale scooped cherry neck is a dream to play, has an ebony fingerboard, heel cap, peghead overlay w/ 1937 Buffalo nickel, and is equipped with EVO Gold frets; 1.34" nut width.
