A fine modern minstrel banjo attributed to Michael Miles, that is easy to play with a good sound. The 12" oak rim was made with shiplap construction, has six thumb screws, and is equipped with a bone tailpiece. The mahogany neck was based aesthetically off of a banjo by maker Jeff Menzies, has a 25.5" scale length, Menzies "half cello" peghead scroll, and double ogee shape near heel. In fine original condition
