Herringbone trim top and Brazilian rosewood back and sides; Martin OM models are the finest flat-top steel-string guitars ever made. The OM-28 was produced from 1929 through 1933. It was the first model offered with a 14-fret neck. This instrument has the belly bridge and large pickguard. Retains original bar frets. Four well-repaired top cracks; pickguard crack, treble side above pickguard, one parallel w/ fingerboard on bass side, behind bridge. Period tuners, slightly later than guitar. Historically correct neck set with plenty of saddle left.
